Jeff is an American LMT, specializing in The Berry Method® of Corrective Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and fascial release along nerves and blood vessels.

 

He focuses on injury recovery and prevention, while correcting both acute and systemic dysfunction throughout the body. The goal for each session is to reduce pain, increase mobility, and to restore the mechanical function of the focus area(s).

 

While focusing mainly on the physiological aspect of body dysfunction, Jeff stresses the importance of releasing the energetic and emotional aspects of dysfunction, in order to facilitate a lasting change. By engaging the body’s sympathetic nervous system, he guides clients to mobilize un-metabolized energetic holds brought on by physiological, emotional or energetic trauma.

 

He believes that every body has its unique challenges to overcome and aims to be the catalyst in his client’s transformative process.
